Water-based thick paste that keeps shape, dries flexible and has a matte finish. Apply in one thick layer, or in various thin layers to reach 3D effect. Suitable as a primer. Color with pigment paste.

Can be sanded after it is dried. Any Pentart paint can be applied over the surface covered by the bonding primer. The bonding enhancing characteristic of the primer has been verified by an independent accredited laboratory.

Oil to use for fluid painting technique. Gently stir a few drops of the silicone oil into the mixture of Pouring Medium and acrylic paint to achieve a special paint-cell effect. We can enhance the effect by running through on the poured surface with a torch
